Recently, the Oakridge Board representative tried to claim that we don’t know what we are talking about with the STR conversations of the past because we have only looked at the meeting minutes. This resident is in the Oatlands Community and was thankfully able to get hers shut down - without help from the CountrySide BOD, based on the STR breaking the zoning laws. I had the opportunity to speak with the Resident who brought it up again in 2019.
